Upon full payment for services, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables specifically created for you, subject to the terms of your service agreement. THINKBOX CREATIVE, LLC retains all rights to pre-existing intellectual property and general-purpose tools used in delivering services.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THINKBOX CREATIVE, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. THINKBOX CREATIVE, LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms, together with any service agreement or statement of work entered into between you and THINKBOX CREATIVE, LLC, constitute the entire agreement between you and THINKBOX CREATIVE, LLC regarding the use of the Site and services, superseding any prior agreements.
